"Les plans ont peu d’importance mais la planification est essentielle."

Winston Churchill

Our method

The SEVEN method is all about the following precepts in order to create a meaningful experience for every participants and trainers. All precepts are equally important in a well-designed training program.

Catching the attention of every participants

By giving rhythm. The right rhythm. Adjusted for the participants. By alterning between lessons and exercices and creating a dynamic learning framework.

In pratice, SEVEN Training Managers sequence workshops in several 15 to 25 minutes long modules, thus maintaining a high level of attention among the participants.

Calling upon the various types of intelligence.

Each of these modules uses one or more types of intelligence, as defined by Howard Gardner. Switching between types keeps every participant involved and focused.

In practice, SEVEN Training Programs use alternately kinesthetic awareness, interpersonal exchanges, etc...

Setting the right level of energy.

The participants energy levels often match the trainer's. Hence finding the right amount of energy is crucial, as well as choosing the right trainer for the job, according to their profile and ability to share knowledge and expertise.

In practice, every trainer we bring to our clients has various professional activities and multiple perspectives and skills.

Making every content understandable and exploitable.

We are entrepreneurs. We select and convey the best contents to our participants. We create our trainings to be of direct impact on the participants' work.

In practice, we offer simple yet effective, pragmactic, proven and operational tools.

Repeating for long term memorization.

Teaching is all about repetition. SEVEN contents are repeated and rephrased time and again, in different manners. During the training and between sessions so it is well remembered by the participants.

In practice, SEVEN Training Programs are built on long periods, either instructor-led or e-learning, thus helping participants in a comprehensive learning experience.
