During this workshop, participants will learn the Strong/Weak-Offensive/Defensive matrix and will work on their ability to successfully negociate, no matter how good their position is.
BEING CREATIVE IN NEGOTIATION

Being creative in negotiation is about finding alternative solutions when no common ground can be reached a priori.
During this workshop, participants will learn to identify a blocking situation and to be creative in their propositions, thus reaching an agreement.
