Built from Simon Sinek's theory of the Golden Circles, this workshop is for teams who want to work on the vision of their project or their company by identifying the core values ​​that inspire them individually and collectively and by constructing the corresponding message.

Through an individual workshop and then a pitch in public, the participants will have to define their Why, How and What. They will develop their ability to be inspiring and to become leaders.

In pairs, the participants will discover how to establish a solid trust with someone through the principle of reciprocity, situational intelligence and forgiveness.

Through action and regardless of their physical strength they will be led to experience the dilemma between competition and cooperation and successfully meet this challenge.

When making decisions, managers’ will balances between the well-being of the team and the productivity of operational results. To make the rightful decision, the manager must have the courage decide with both empathy and assertiveness to build a strong leadership through situational leadership.

In this workshop the participants will discover the advantages and disadvantages of these two positions and will work on their own decision-making process.

In the continuity of the 'managerial courage', this workshop is on identifying the potential tensions that there can be when dealing with divergent objectives / issues, in order to develop assertiveness.
