During this workshop, participant will play either the NASA game or the Desert Island game. Then, they will adopt the various attitudes according to Elias Porter, such as judgment, advice, support, interrogation, interpretation and empathy.

Participants will learn how every person's attitude has a significant impact on a work meeting, and how to shift to a more productive attitude.

Le bon déroulement d’un échange dépend principalement de la façon dont votre interlocuteur perçoit votre écoute et s’il a confiance en vous. Sur la base de mises en situations et d’exemples réels, les participants prendront connaissance des 5 types d’écoutes.

Ils seront ensuite amenés à comprendre les rouages de l’écoute, à travailler leur capacité à inspirer confiance grace a l’écoute active, à identifier une écoute nocive et à comprendre comment y répondre.

Using a 10 cards deck, the moving motivators will be learned, analyzed and prioritized to enhance the teams commitment.

Assembling a performing team if a key concept in every organization. A group lives through 5 phases according to Tuckman, that allow to boost the overall productivity and the relationships between members of the group.

During this workshop, participants will work on their team dynamics and identify which actions should be taken leading to a strong collective.

MAKING A CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK


During this workshop, participants will learn how to make a useful feeback, and its counterpart: the feedforward.

Based on everyday situations, participants will make a constructive feedback.
