Practical workshops based on real-life cases
A CoS must be operational as quickly as possible after taking up the position. To prepare for this adventure, you will put the best tools into practice during simulations based on real-life cases.
Educational expertise
For each topic in our program, a CoS will take part. Our content will also be delivered by our passionate instructors. To help you fully understand the day-to-day reality of the profession, you will have the opportunity to meet CoS with diverse backgrounds who will share their experiences and methods.
Long-term follow-up
After the training, we will support you in your job search. We will connect you with our broad network of companies, startups, and venture capital firms looking to hire. We will prepare you before your interviews and help you define your salary expectations. But we don’t stop there. As a BeCoS alumnus, you will be part of our supportive community, with access to our social network, our content, and invitations to events so you can continue to grow your network.

After more than 30 interviews with Chiefs of Staff, we can say that there are as many CoS profiles as there are companies. However, we have identified 4 aspects that are common to the profession you will be trained for.
