The origins of BeCoS

Welcome to a space dedicated to your well-being.

BeCoS was born from a simple observation: the Chief of Staff role is growing rapidly, but it is still not well understood, not very structured, and rarely taught. Yet this role is becoming essential for leaders who need to make decisions faster, communicate better, and run increasingly complex organizations. Created by Yahya Fallah, co-founder of Seven, and Grégoire Kopp, former Chief of Staff at OVHcloud, BeCoS was designed as a hands-on program: an intensive training course, built with Chiefs of Staff, to learn the job alongside those who actually do it.

Our B2C training programs offer an exceptional learning experience. Whether you want to develop new skills, deepen your knowledge, or improve in a specific field, our workshops are designed to meet your needs.

Terms & Additional Information

Modality

The training is organized in a blended format, with in-person and remote sessions. The in-person sessions take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the first week, then on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the second week. The remote sessions take place on Thursday and Friday of the first week, then on Monday and Tuesday of the second week. The learning materials are also accessible via an LMS platform.

Access times

Access to the training is possible after an initial discussion with the Seven team, subject to profile approval, available places, and completion of the registration file. Sessions are limited to 10 participants maximum to ensure individualized support. To secure registration, a 30% deposit is required no later than one month before the start of the training.

Teaching methods

The training alternates theoretical input, feedback from Chiefs of Staff currently in post, case studies, simulations drawn from real-life situations, individual and group work, presentations, debriefings, and access to online learning resources. The teaching approach is practice-oriented: around 20% theory and 80% hands-on application. Participants work in particular on the Chief of Staff role, communication, negotiation, project management, OKRs, agile methods, leading strategic meetings, time management, management, conflict resolution, and the use of digital tools and AI.

Evaluation methods

The assessment of learning outcomes is carried out throughout the training through role-playing exercises, simulations, individual and group work, presentations, discussions with the trainers, and debriefings. An initial assessment makes it possible to identify the participant’s needs and expectations. At the end of the training, the learning outcomes and progress are evaluated against the training’s educational objectives thanks to a complete simulation on the last day of the training. Satisfaction and feedback questionnaires may also be used to improve the program.

Accessibility

Seven studies the specific needs of people with disabilities in order to identify possible adjustments to the training, teaching methods, materials, or welcoming conditions. Affected candidates are invited to report their needs as early as possible when making contact or during the preliminary interview, so that an appropriate solution can be discussed with the disability liaison officer or the relevant partners.

Pricing

The BeCoS training fee is €5,825 excl. VAT, i.e. €6,990 incl. VAT This fee includes 80 hours of training, access to educational content, lifetime membership in the BeCoS network, meetings with Chiefs of Staff, invitations to events, and individualized support after the training.
