Internal regulations :
Article 1 – Purpose and scope of application of the regulations
These regulations apply to all persons participating in a training action organized by SEVEN. A copy is given to each trainee. The regulations define hygiene and safety rules, the general and permanent rules relating to discipline, as well as the nature and scale of sanctions that may be taken against trainees who violate them, and the procedural guarantees applicable when a sanction is being considered. Everyone must comply with the terms of these regulations throughout the duration of the training action.
Article 2 – Hygiene and safety rules
The prevention of accidents and illness is imperative and requires everyone to comply with:
The requirements applicable to hygiene and safety at training locations
Any instruction imposed either by the management of the training organization or by the trainer, particularly regarding the use of the equipment made available.
Each trainee must therefore ensure their personal safety and that of others by complying, depending on their training, with general and specific hygiene and safety instructions. If they notice a malfunction in the safety system, they must immediately inform the management of the training organization.
Failure to comply with these instructions exposes the person to disciplinary sanctions. The introduction or consumption of drugs or alcoholic beverages on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Trainees are prohibited from entering or remaining in the training organization while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. During breaks, trainees will have access to non-alcoholic beverage dispensing stations.
It is also strictly prohibited to smoke in training rooms and more generally within the premises of the training organization.
Article 3 - Fire safety instructions
In the event of an alert, the trainee must stop all training activity and calmly follow the instructions of the authorized representative of the training organization or emergency services. Any trainee who witnesses the start of a fire must immediately call emergency services by dialing 18 from a landline or 112 from a mobile phone and alert a representative of the training organization.
Article 4 - Accidents
A trainee who is the victim of an accident - occurring during training or during travel time between the training location and their home or workplace – or a witness to such an accident must immediately inform the management of the training organization. The person in charge of the training organization undertakes the appropriate care-related steps and files the declaration with the competent Social Security office.
Article 5: Trainee attendance during training
Schedules: Trainees must comply with the schedules set and communicated in advance by the training organization. Failure to comply with these schedules may result in sanctions. Except in exceptional circumstances, trainees may not be absent during training hours.
Article 6 - Sanctions and disciplinary guarantees
Any breach by a trainee of one of the provisions of these internal regulations may be subject to a sanction pronounced by the head of the training organization or their representative. Any act considered misconduct may, depending on its nature and severity, be subject to one or another of the following sanctions:
Reminder of the rules;
Written warning by the director of the training organization or by their representative;
Reprimand;
Temporary exclusion from training;
Permanent exclusion from training.
Fines or other financial penalties are prohibited.
The head of the training organization or their representative informs the following of the sanction taken:
The employer of the employee trainee or the administration of the trainee civil servant;
And/or the funder of the training placement.
No sanction may be imposed on a trainee without first informing them of the complaints held against them. However, when an act considered misconduct has made an immediate temporary exclusion measure indispensable, no final sanction related to that act may be taken without the trainee first having been informed of the complaints held against them and, where applicable, without the procedure described below having been followed.
Our quality approach :
Concerned with the quality of our services, we are engaged in a continuous improvement approach. Through questionnaires at the end of training, we analyze your feedback and do everything possible to meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us!
