Understanding and identifying discrimination based on origin

Discrimination related to origin is not always visible. It can be expressed directly, but also more indirectly, through decisions, behaviors, or habits embedded in everyday work life. Understanding these mechanisms means paying attention to what truly influences our perceptions: our assumptions, our biases, and the way we interpret situations. In this training, participants will learn how to set a clear framework, decode the cognitive mechanisms at work, and identify risky situations, including the most subtle ones. Through case studies, role-playing exercises, and group discussions, they will develop clear reference points to recognize warning signs, step back from their practices, and better understand inclusion issues within their work environment.
To prepare for the training
Theoretical content, excerpts from texts, and examples of communication messages will be shared with participants to ensure they have a minimum foundational knowledge base. Exchanges may also take place with the trainers in order to assess the context and level of each participant.
