Participants discover how to strengthen cooperation and communication through listening exercises, collective decision-making, and hands-on experimentation with practical AI tools. To prepare for the training
Theoretical content, excerpts of texts, and examples of communication messages will be shared with participants to provide them with a basic foundation of knowledge. Exchanges may also be held with the trainers to assess the context and each participant's level.

Hands-on approach to the principle of reciprocity, the forgiveness process, and situational intelligence
Discovering the importance of reputation and techniques for moving from competition to cooperation
B. Working together through communication profiles
Discover the characteristics of the 6 lenses (De Bono's Six Thinking Hats theory)
Build your own communication profile
Learn to identify other people's profiles
Adapt according to the situation to create a common language with others
C. Knowing how to listen
Role-play scenario
Work on identifying harmful listening habits

Session 2 - AI: Discovery and hands-on practice
A. Discover generative artificial intelligence and its uses
A hands-on introduction to generative AI: how it works, its benefits, and its limits in day-to-day professional life
Exploration of the main AI tools used during the session (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gamma, Replit, Wooclap) through guided demonstrations
B. Mastering the art of prompting
Practical exercises to learn how to formulate a clear, precise, and structured request in order to obtain relevant results
Experimenting with different types of prompts to understand the influence of tone, context, and constraints on the quality of responses
C. Hands-on practice and real-world cases
Work in pairs to create a prompt or a mini-automation suited to a real professional use case
Introduction to contextual protocols (Model Context Protocol – MCP) and the building of simple AI mini-agents to illustrate integration possibilities in everyday tools

This workshop is intended for managers, team leaders, and employees who want to develop their cohesion, communication, and agility in the face of new technologies. No prior technical skills are required.
Does this training course fall under the FNE-Formation program?

Your learning outcomes will be assessed through a practical case, a simulation, or a questionnaire.
