Organize your time and priorities

Organize your time and priorities

Optimizing productivity at work is the key objective of this training course. During it, participants will have the opportunity to build their own Eisenhower Matrix, a valuable tool for time management. They will explore the concepts of urgency and importance, which will guide them in identifying and focusing on high-value tasks, thereby encouraging a more intentional approach to their work. They will analyze past, current, and upcoming change situations to identify the best actions to take. In addition, exploring the seven laws of time, taking multiple intelligences into account, and setting goals will enable participants to understand their impact on operational organization and to develop concrete actions with an immediate impact on their productivity.
