Strengthen team cohesion through team building
Building a high-performing team is key for any organization. According to psychologist Tuckman, a group traditionally goes through 5 key stages when carrying out a project. When one of these stages is neglected, it affects both the group’s overall productivity and the relationships between the individuals who make it up. During interactive workshops, participants will explore the right actions to take to build a strong team. They will work on the vision for a collective project, which will lead them to identify the core values that inspire them individually and collectively, and to align around a powerful shared message. They will continue their collective reflection during a competition, where they will be challenged to design, as a team, a Lego tower!
To prepare for the training
Theoretical content, text excerpts, and examples of communication messages will be shared with participants to ensure they have a minimum knowledge base. Discussions may also take place with the trainers in order to assess each participant’s context and level.

Screening of Simon Sinek’s TEDx conference video on the Golden Circles,
Learning the Golden Circles theory,
Individual and collective workshops to define participants’ Why, How, and What.
B. BUILDING THE LEGO TOWER TOGETHER
Building a collective to take on the challenge,
Building a LEGO tower prototype,
Competition and construction of the final version of the LEGO tower,
Debrief on group dynamics.
C. BUILDING A COLLECTIVE
Discovery of Tuckman’s 5 group phases: forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning,
Identification of the current phase in which the participants’ team is,
Sharing best practices to help the group evolve toward greater performance.
