Training trainers: Deliver with impact
The quality of knowledge transfer is closely linked to the trainer’s ability to engage their audience during presentations. These workshops, built around Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences and the PLAN teaching method, enable participants to learn how to design a structured, well-paced, interactive, and impactful training framework so that each participant becomes an active contributor to their own learning. Target audience: This training is intended for all employees responsible for designing or leading training sessions, both internally and externally.
To prepare for the training
Theoretical content, text excerpts, and examples of communication messages will be shared with participants to ensure they have a minimum knowledge base. Discussions may also take place with the trainers in order to assess each participant’s context and level.

Facilitation of 7 active role-play situations to identify and understand multiple intelligences,
Practical exercises to activate multiple intelligences based on participants’ daily lives,
Discovery of simple tools to activate multiple intelligences during an exchange,
Presentation exercise in pitch format including work on the 7 intelligences.
