Manage change and innovate

During this training, participants will discover the universal mechanics that arise from change, as well as the different ways to act when an unexpected event disrupts deeply rooted habits. They will identify and assess the potential risks they may encounter in order to anticipate them, but above all to lead change rather than undergo it. Throughout these workshops, learners will face real-life changes and will need to define concrete actions to manage complex situations. They will then determine the most effective strategies to get their colleagues on board with a change initiative, and encourage them to act together. Finally, they will unleash their creativity through the Design Thinking method.
