Identify when and how to use Scrum and Lean,
Discover the role of the Scrum Master and the Product Owner.
B. PUTTING AGILE METHODS INTO PRACTICE
Learn to plan and execute a Scrum sprint,
Understand how Lean principles can improve efficiency,
Practice using Kanban boards for visual work management.
