To prepare for the training
In preparation for the training session, theoretical video content and possible readings will be shared with participants to ensure a common minimum foundation. Potential exchanges with the trainers should be anticipated to assess the context and participants’ experience.

Session 1 - Small Talk
A. Workshop: The 5 Principles of Good Small Talk
Explore the value and role of small talk in professional interactions.
Examine and practice each principle through concrete examples and role-playing scenarios.
Experiment with opening lines and universal conversation topics.
B. Workshop: Active Listening and Engagement in Conversation
Understand and practice the different types of listening
Practice active listening and appropriate responses in conversations.
Develop skills to respond in a constructive and encouraging manner.
Session 2 - Cold Calling
A. Workshop: Cold Calling Techniques
Understand the basics of cold calling.
Learn how to prepare an effective prospecting call.
Practice overcoming common objections and maintaining control of the conversation.
B. Workshop: Prospect Follow-up and Management
Set up a prospect follow-up system.
Learn how to manage and evaluate the results of prospecting calls.

This training is aimed at salespeople, managers, directors, team leaders, as well as anyone wishing to use their communication to improve their relationships and telephone prospecting.
