This training aims to teach participants how to use co-development to find effective and innovative solutions. Participants will discover the key principles of co-development and learn how to set up productive groups within their organization.
To prepare for the training
In preparation for the training session, theoretical video content and possible readings will be shared with participants to ensure a common minimum foundation. Potential exchanges with the trainers should be anticipated to assess the context and participants’ experience.
