Develop an inclusive company culture

Developing an inclusive company culture means sharing common reference points, clarifying concepts, and aligning practices at all levels of the organization. A clear framework helps secure exchanges, facilitate understanding of the issues at stake, and create a coherent collective dynamic. Establishing an inclusive culture therefore requires structuring an approach that is understood and supported by all stakeholders. In this training, participants will learn how to build a common language, understand the challenges for their organization, and structure an approach suited to their context. Through practice analyses, case studies, and moments of collective reflection, they will identify concrete levers to steer their actions, engage the different stakeholders, and sustainably foster a culture of inclusion within their work environment.
To prepare for the training
Theoretical content, excerpts from texts, and examples of communication messages will be shared with participants to ensure they have a minimum foundational knowledge base. Exchanges may also take place with the trainers in order to assess the context and level of each participant.
